1st Partner Meeting January 2018
• 13 main events in 11 different countries ***
• Thousands of fitness clubs involved and millions of people participated or were reached by
the NFD message
• The actions were coordinated EuropeActive but were organised by our partners, sponsors
and National Fitness Association members.
• The National Fitness Days were the opportunity to present the economic and social
potential of fitness, to raise the profile of the sector in Europe, and eventually show how
fitness makes the difference in making more people, more active, more often. The events
were to help spread the reach and marketing of the #BeActive concept for the EWoS.
The National Fitness Days
1st Partner Meeting January 2018
The Let’s #BEACTIVE contribution to the European Week of Sport 2018

for the promotion of the Week
3. LBA Partners participated to the previous edition of the European Week of Sports with
different kind of initiatives (e.g. UKACTIVE and CKF are National Coordinators
4. Engaging fitness professionals and clubs to take part in the Week. Indeed, all partners are
national health and fitness associations who are well experienced in implementing
targeted European recruitment campaigns in the field of HEPA (e.g. National Fitness Days)
5. Recruiting thousands of inactive Europeans to have an active and healthy lifestyle

The Let’s #BEACTIVE contribution to the European Week of Sport 2018
8. Let’s #BEACTIVE partners will be invited to promote the European Week of Sport by using
the visual/communication materials of the BEACTIVE campaign: logos, banners, videos,
posters, website…
9. The EuropeActive National Fitness Days 2018* campaign will be the occasion for fitness
clubs involved in LET’S #BEACTIVE project to organise special activities with the intention
to recruit people for the trials but at the same time promote the BEACTIVE message and
the Let’s #BEACTIVE method. In this regards, the NFD campaign will be the starting point
for the first two LBA trials and the end of the last one.
