How to Use Nightingale Notes for Emergency Preparedness
Mobilize Your RespondersDevelop a custom tab at the Employee Level to capture the level of responder.
Add your Responder’s list into Employees within Nightingale Notes even if they don’t chart in Nightingale Notes.
Remember you can set them as inactive so those users that don’t chart in NN will not have access to Nightingale Notes.
Mobilize Your RespondersCreate a Report using the Employees screen that populates your list by level of responder.
Nightingale Notes is web based so you don’t need to be in the office to access this report.
Identify Your High Risk PopulationsIn the event of a disaster, having access to information about populations that are at risk could help mobilize resources to those that need it most.
Create a custom tab to capture your populations you serve that are at risk. Identify the categories of at risk populations that are of most need in your region.
Identify Your High Risk PopulationsDuring the disaster you can produce this report that identifies those at risk and how to reach them.
Now you can pass this information on to your Emergency Operations Center or your Emergency Preparedness Management Lead.
