His Majesty’s Words Hard work is not a hobby to practice when one wishes, rather it is an integral part of worship , and therefore it must be performed with sincerity, mastery and honesty.

The building of nations, and its development, is a general responsibility, and no one is excluded of playing a role in it.The partnership of Omanis, is an essential pillar of their national duty towards building the future of the country.

Chairman’s Word

At the outset, I would like to welcome you to Al Habib.

I started the company in 1978 as a small service provider. Today we have grown to be one of the largest real estate campany in Oman. Although growth is important, I believe it is only a byproduct of chasing excellence in our products & services. It has taken the dedication and hard work of many employees to reach to where we are today and I believe we can go much further with the same positive energy.

As a shareholder, I have always believed that as an organization, we must create greater value for clients and share the fruits of this with employees. I also believe that profits are very important because without a profit there is nothing much we can do for our shareholders, employees or society at large.

I am of the firm view that we must chase respect and build trust of all stake holders be it clients, suppliers, employees, the government or society at large. This can be achieved only if we meet our obligations and deal with everyone in a fair and transparent way. I encourage you to be fair and transparent in all your dealings and adopt win/win approach.

I have always believed that we must provide challenging jobs to all employees which will keep them engaged and motivated. Anything less will not attract or retain talent. At the same time, I believe that work must be joyful and I believe there is no contradiction between the two. As a matter of fact, only joyful work can produce outstanding results.

Every one in Al Habib can become a brand by himself/herself.Welcome once again to Al Habib & I hope you have a long and fruitful career with us.

The logo is at the heart of our brand identity. It has to be used responsibly as it has been created after careful consideration to represent our brand and therefore cannot be altered in any way.

The origin of the logo icon is inspired by our vision and reflects our positioning.

The logo was designed using the ‘key’ element to represent the brand.

The unique combination of Arabic and English text forms a single unit. It symoblizes the bridge between all related entities.

Our Logo

This is the preferred usage on corporate and commercial applications.

The logo is used on a coloured background or image, image editing efforts should be made to ensure that the logo area is less busy and as light as possible to ensure clarity of the logo.

One ColourWe use a one-colour logo (dark blue or black 100%) when the two-colour version isn’t suitable. It is important to ensure that all the elements of the logo are clear and easy to read. (Figure A).

Black & WhiteWhen dealing with a black and white version of the logo use a 30% screen of black to replace light blue, and use black 100% for the rest of the logo elements. (Figure B).

Reverse If you cannot use tints or screens, you can reproduce the entire logo in reverse black 100% or dark blue (Figure C).

What not to doTo maintain clarity of the one colour logo, avoid reproducing the logo in a solid light blue or screens of any other colour. (Figures D and F).
