1. Paste: Mix 1 and 2 until fluffy. Add 5 and 6 until fluffy again and then add 3 and 4 and mix them thoroughly.

2. Cookies:After the paste is mixed well,divide it equally into seven portions.

3. Add the ingredients of the 7 flavors into the paste.

4. Moca Pumpkin Seeds and Almonds:The pastes of these two flavors are mixed with their ingredients individually; refrigerate them for about 2 hours. Take out and roll out into oblong bars of 3 cm thick and 7 cm wide. Freeze the pastes for preparation. When baking, take them out and cut into thick slices of 0.7 cm. ( Arrange them on the baking plate )

5. Other flavors: Use piping bag ( without flowering mouth tube) to squeeze the paste into balls of 50-dollar- coin size. Press lightly when baking.
