Phase One Features 

•Widens U.S. 90 from four to six lanes.•Elevates U.S. 90 travel lanes above Albertson’s Parkway.•Replaces/widens bridges over BNSF Railway.•Constructs new North and Southbound service roads.•Eliminates J-Turns.•Optimizes access to adjacent properties.

Design/Construction Timeline 

•Design activities begin in February 2014.•Construction work begins in mid-2014.•Estimated completion in mid-2017.

Access to private properties will be maintained throughout the construction effort. 

Routine lane closures will be limited to off-peak travel times.
