DEADLINES: Advertising space should be reserved by the 15th day of the month prior to the month of publication.

All advertising is subject to publisher’s approval. Well•Being reserves the right to revise, reclassify, reject or cancel any advertisement at theirdiscretion. Advertisers and their agencies assume liability for all content (including text representation and illustration) of advertisements printedand assume responsibility for any resulting claims against Well•Being. Well•Being assumes no responsibility if, for any reason, it becomes necessaryto omit an advertisement. Orders will be accepted on the condition that material will appear in the next available issue after receipt of digitalfiles. A contract must be submitted to qualify for frequency discounts. Advertisers will have one year to fulfill the contract. Short rate adjustmentsare made at the end of the contract period if terms are not fulfilled. Ads will run as scheduled. If the advertiser does not provide a new ad andthe advertiser cannot be reached, the previous ad will run and the advertiser will be billed. Written notice must be given no later than 30 daysprior to the cover date in which the advertisement(s) is to be published. Cancellation after the closing date of the issue in which the ad isplaced will be charged full rate for the space. Ads are placed according to the mechanical production requirements for each issue. Premiumplacement is available. Please see rate card for details. First-time advertisers are required to provide payment in full at the time of spacereservation. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Advertiser agrees to reimburse Well•Being magazine for all costs related to collection or litigationif such measures are required. A 1.5% per month FINANCE CHARGE will be assessed to all accounts not paid in full in 30 days. Mechanical

specifications will be provided upon request. Digital artwork in PDF format is preferred. Clients will receive ONE digital pdf proof for in-house ads.
