Reading

Guided reading will take place daily in small groups.

They will receive 2/3 books per week.

Please send in the child’s current reading books daily – even if they have not finished.

Daily phonics sessions

By the end of Year 1 – Children will have learnt to read and write all letter sounds. This will support reading, writing and spelling..
