Plan design…•Up to $6,500 per month / up to 60% of income

•Select from 3 or 6 month benefit period (provides financial protection before your LTD starts paying)

•Waiting period starting at 0 days for Accident and 7 days for sickness

•Partial/residual disability benefit

IRS rule requires you to forfeit any unused funds remaining in your FSA account at end of eligible claim year.
