• celebrate accomplishments

specific timeframes
• Reviewed monthly
Breakout Room Activity (15 mins)• You will be assigned to a breakout room named with the domain your group will review

• Download APG Implementation Checklist
Decide who will share the APG Implementation Checklist in your breakout room.
Read through the items that correspond to your breakout room name (Foundations, Training and Technical Assistance, Youth and Family Engagement, Ongoing Support, Progress Monitoring) and reflect with group members on:
1. Are there other critical items for implementing an APG that are missing?
2. Would you use this Tool?
3. What potential barriers are there to using this tool?
4. What feedback do you have on the section you reviewed?
Be prepared to report out on your discussion with the larger group
