Bradford is a large city in West Yorkshire with the district

water feature in the UK including lighting and 100 fountains,

sitting adjacent to the striking City Hall, constructed in an

Italianite gothic style in 1873.

The Alhambra Theatre is a 1,400 seater venue and regarded

as the premier touring venue in the North of England and,

coupled with St George’s Hall, offer nationally renowned, world

class venues for theatre, ballet, musicals and comedy.

Bradford also acts as a base for the wider area with convenient

access to Leeds and Manchester, together with the Yorkshire

LOCATION The subject premises is located directly opposite the

entrance to the under construction Broadway Shopping

Centre (due to open in Autumn 2015) in the heart of the

City and within a convenient short walking distance of

the City Park, theatres, office core and both Bradford

The building itself forms part of the area of the City Centre

known as Little Germany, where German Merchants

constructed impressive and imposing fine buildings

for warehousing and offices in the early 19th Century.

These buildings have now been adapted with significant

redevelopment to accommodate a wide range of uses

including modern office space, retail and residential.

These listed buildings sit alongside Bradford Cathedral

and create a much regenerated and appealing part of the

City Centre.
