A simple tool to support measuring outcomes for children. This tool has been receiving very positive interest and feedback from a number of organisations. • This is determined by the aspirations, goals
and priorities of the individual.

• Established a partnership with practitioners from children’s and adult’s services
• Reviewed range of outcome measurements tools
• Used SHANARRI indicators as a starting point
