“The Excitement, the Entertainment, the Experience, all await you at the new

Hollywood Casino - Wellington . . . you are always in the middle of all the action.”

In addition to being within easy driving distance of Wichita and its suburbs, we expect Hollywood Casino Wellington will be uniquely positioned to maximize tourism visits to South Central Kansas.

Four Star Hotel - The 350 room full service hotel will be one of the largest hotels in the state of Kansas:The 30,000 square feet live entertainment/multi function venue will be ideally suited for mid-size conferences/entertainment events drawing overnight conventioneers and tourists from the Midwest and the country as a whole.

The hotel will have at least 550 beds and an additional 4,000 square feet of meeting space.

Oklahoma Tourists - Our Wellington site will be the closest location to Oklahoma City and Tulsa with a combined metro population of almost 2 million people:

Oklahoma City – 135 miles away; a 2 hour drive.

Tulsa – 150 miles away; less than a 2.5 hour drive.

Our full off ering of Las Vegas style table games cannot be matched by the Native American casino competition in Oklahoma. As such, we expect to draw not only a signifi cant number of day trippers from Oklahoma but also overnight and weekend tourists from these areas.

Penn National Gaming has submi ed the only application to open a casino in Cherokee County, Kansas. If the applicant is awarded that license, it will allow the company to exploit the resultant marketing and advertising synergies to more strongly promote the state of Kansas as a tourist destination.

RV Park - The vast majority of overnight stays at our 50 unit RV Park will be from out of state tourists with lots of free time and disposable income to shop, dine, gamble and visit tourist a ractions in South Central Kansas.Hollywood Memorabilia Museum – Will feature original costumes, props and other artifacts of famous movie productions from Hollywood’s golden age to its present blockbusters.

Tourists - Annually, we expect that over 450,000 visitors to the Hollywood Casino Wellington Resort will be tourists living more than 100 miles away from the facility. Not only will tourists be a racted to our Las Vegas style gaming but they will also come for:

Social events, conventions and big name entertainment.

The varied dining experiences of our fi ne restaurants.

Being pampered at our 2,000 square foot spa.

The rest and relaxation off ered by our full service hotel with pool, room service and upscale rooms.

The location. I-35 runs from Duluth, Minnesota to Laredo, Texas with our Wellington site right in the middle. We believe the scope, the scale, and the excitement of the Hollywood Casino Resort in Wellington, Kansas will become a must see stop-over for I-35 cross country travelers.

“View fantastic authentic pieces of movie history from Penn National Gaming’s extensive Hollywood

memorabilia collection showcased within the casino’s museum.”
