Core Vision

Wellington College, as sponsor of its academy trust, seeks to change the life chances of young people by

applying its ethos, expertise, energy and networks to:

a) Provide an outstanding all-round education evidenced by, but not limited to, Ofsted criteria;

b) Raise aspiration of all children and, by extension, adults in the communities surrounding its sponsored

academies;

c) Provide clear pathways of support for all students’ progression through its academies and onwards,

leaving them successfully equipped for a broad range of further educational, training or employment

opportunities.

d) Strengthen the local community as a result of its successful academy operations.
