Aqua Blast: Splash around with this fun

filled water workout focusing on aerobic

endurance, resistance training, and core

conditioning. This non impact total body

workout is great for all levels.

Cardio Toning: Enjoy this total body con-

ditioning class that incorporates kickbox-

ing moves. Se t to upbeat music with mat

work for added core workout.

Core Yoga: Find your center with this yo-

ga practice focused on alignment bringing

awareness to proper breathing, posture

and core support and activation

Foam Rolling: Reduce tension in all areas

of your body through guided foam rolling

exercises designed to loosen and lengthen

tight muscles. Finish class with a guided

breathing exercise, which will help you

achieve total body relaxation.

Flow Yoga: A combination of standing

and floor poses, building strength and

flexibility while moving with the breath.

Great for all levels.

Fundamentals of Yoga: Get back to the

basics with this gentle move ment yoga

class incorporating balance and body

awareness.

Gentle Yoga: Guided through a series of

poses that will bring you peace of mind

and relaxation. Appropriate for beginners.

Glutes and Abs: Strengthen those trouble

zones with this class focused on building lean

muscle in your legs and glutes while flatten-

ing and toning your abdominal muscles.

HIIT: This 45 minute interval workout com -

bines cardio, strength, and core in supersets

to quickly burn off those extra holiday calo-

ries and increase your metabolism to keep

you go-ing this season.

Kinesis Wall Workout: This four-station wall

circuit combines cardio, strength and flexibil-

ity training. The cables’ 360 -degree range of

motion makes it an extremely versatile

workout that can be customized for anyone

from a beginner to a professional athle te.

Physio Ball Pilates: lengthen and strengthen

your muscles, down to the deepest core,

while focusing on balance and alignment in

this rhythmic class.

PIYO:Build your inner strength by

testing your outer strength with this Pilates

and yoga inspired workout that will help get

you stronger, lose weight, and increase flexi-

bility while having fun.

Rise and Shine Yoga: Greet the day with

morning classes customized for all levels.

Class may take place outside —weather per-

mitting.

Spin: Maintain and build cardiovascular

endurance while burning calories and in-

creasing metabolism during this challenging

45 minute ride.

Spin & Tone Circuits: Start your day off w ith

this 45 minute full body, fat burning workout. A

series of circuits of spinning on the bike and

strengthening exercises off the bike to make it

fun and efficient. All levels welcome, gym shoes

required.

Stability Ball with weights: A full body

workout using the stability ball, weights and/or

bands to build strength, flexibility and balance.

Sunset Yoga: Evening is the perfect time to

restore spinal health. This yoga class is an ex-

cellent addition for those looking to improve

blood circulation, decrease stress and fatigue,

and relax the mind before bed.

Tone and Flow Yoga: A challenging and fast-

paced yoga class that incorporates core

strength, fluid movement and balance. Practice

mindful-ness as you connect to your breath,

hold the poses and allow your inner power to

shine through. Modifications are offered, this is

an intermediate to advanced class.

Yoga & weights: You will strengthen and tone

while sculpting major muscle groups of the

body. The flow of this class will get your heart

rate and metabolism moving as you tap into

your inner strength.

Zumba: Dance the time away with this ener-

getic class incorporating dance styles from

around the globe.
