AN APPEAL FOR PHOTOGRAPHSIf you have photos which we could scan to add to the historical record of the WTC disaster, please contact TWU Local 100 Communications at [email protected]. You can also email your photos to the same address. Or, come to the union hall with your photos and we will scan them and return them to you forthwith.

We have already lost people from 9/11.

REM Pete Foley, Director of Bargaining Unit Protection, passed in 2012. He served at the pile for weeks. His death was caused by a condition that has been linked to re-spiratory difficulties brought on by service at Ground Zero.

Conductor Jimmy Willis, also a Safety Of-ficer for TWU Local 100, died this year. He also served for weeks on the pile, and his health conditions were accepted as 9/11 related under the Zadroga Act.

In addition to Pete and Jimmy, there are other TWU Local 100 members who died because 9/11 related respiratory problems and cancers. We need your help to identify those people so that they can be officially recognized.

Many others are ill today because of what they did on 9/11. If you are one of these members or retirees, make it your business to sign up for the registries and obtain legal representation today.
