ABOUT US

Founded in 1951 in the United Kingdom, Wescol Ltd. is a privately held manufacturer of gas control products for use in industrial, technical and medical applications. From our ISO 9001 approved facilities in Europe and Asia, we manufacture innovative, reliable products, supported by excellent customer service and technical backup.

Our equipment for cutting, welding, heating and gas distribution has been the work horse of industrial gas control applications for over 65 years; the equipment has been installed on North Sea oil rigs, in Arabian oil and gas fields, on Siberian railways, in African mines, Asian shipyards, American construction sites, European automotive plants and your local welding fabricator’s workshop.

The Wescol 300 series regulator is designed for medium and light duty flame cutting, welding and heating applications; general industrial gas control along with specific models for shielding gas supply. The regulators feature a Zinc Aluminium diecast bonnet with a powder coated finish for safe and reliable service in harsh environments.

Vortex encapsulated valves for extended service life, flat flow curves and minimal operator adjustment in use. 300 bar capable and 3rd party approved to ISO 2503/AS4267.

The Wescol 300 series range is designed as a standard platform, to accommodate the requirements of different markets i.e. cylinder connections, outlet connections, P1/P2, pressure gauge scales and body orientation; the markings, branding and colours. The regulators are supplied with multi-language instructions in Wescol or OEM branded packaging.

Wescol Flow & Flowgauge Regulators®

The Wescol flow & flowgauge regulators are compact, robust and ideal for welding applications, providing a consistent and accurate gas flow across the life of a cylinder to limit wastage. Sensitive diaphragm provides class-leading surge for single stage regulators limiting gas wastage and extending the life of solenoid valves. Precision flow paths reduce gas turbulence leading to a consistent shield.

The twin flowmeter variant allows two operators to weld simultaneously from one cylinder or allows welding and back-purging from a single cylinder of particular importance when welding pipes, the output remains stable regardless of the demand on each flowmeter!

Wescol Two-Stage Regulators®

Designed to withstand the rigours of hard daily use, the Wescol “TS” series of two-stage regulators are manufactured to Wescol’s high standard of workmanship.Precision engineered, using all brass stampings, the regulators incorporate many features which improve reliability and extend service life. Along with many inbuilt safety devices, these features afford maximum protection in the event of individual or operational abuse. Pressure and flow control are highly sensitive and the regulators are built to the highest standards to ensure excellent performance under all operating conditions.

All major international cylinder inlet and outlet fittings including British (BS), Australian (AS), American (CGA) and German (DIN) patterns. Outlets including G3/8, G1/4, 9/16 UNF, 5/8 UNF, JICCompression etc.
