68 of the retained jobs and related payroll are the result of the 1998 EZA$3.1M of the $3.6 Minimum Personal Property Investment is Inventory. Rite Track has changed the procedure for handling Inventory thus reducing their amount of ownership.As of 9/08 total employment at the site is holding at 71. Company had a loss in 2007 but on target to show a profit for 2008. Actual total payroll is $92,000 under total estimate.2008 TIRC recommended continuation. The DTE form was not completed properly and there has been a delay in RT receiving any tax saving benefits. July 09 the form was approved and ODOT confirmed the agreement was now complete.2009 TIRC recommended continuation 2010 Agree modifed to reduce real property from 65% to 45%, JC reduced from 30 to 10, JR reduced from 65 to 36, PC of $1,130 be reduced to $339, PR of $3,286 reduced to $1,600. 2011 - TIRC recommended continuation
