• Generally you said you are very happy with your properties and that you are happy with the appearance of the scheme.

• There were some concerns raised regarding anti social behaviour at the scheme, particularly with people congregating in the underground car parks with the intention of substance abuse. Please report any ASB to 101.

Communal loungeWe would like to encourage residents to use this great facility more often, especially as a third of respondents have indicated that you would like activities to be held there. If you need assistance in organising social events, please speak to Claire or Herman, who will help you facilitate this.

We recently held a Macmillan coffee morning in the lounge, which was attended by a few residents, who raised £30 for this worthy cause.

We will be holding a ‘cuppa and mince pie’ event during December (see front page) and we hope lots of you will attend.

Seasons Greetings and Best Wishes for a

Happy & Prosperous New Year

For getting involved:

New Asset Management Officer (AMO) for West LeeWe would like to take this opportunity to welcome Glyn Smith (pictured top right) to the scheme. Glyn has been with WWH for 29 years. He is replacing David Morgan, who has covered the site for five years. I am sure you’ll all join me in thanking David for the work and improvements he has implemented at West Lee during this time.
