WHEREAS by Section 17 of "The Health Act, 1898," the area of the District definec1 for the purpose of a Local Board of Health may from time to time be ex­tended or contractec1 by the Goyernor in Council; and whereas it is c1esirecl to contract the District of the Woodanilling Local Board of Health: Now, there· fore, His Excellency the Go\'ernor of Western Austra· lia, on the recommenc12tion of the Central Board of health, and by and with the ac1vice and consent of the Expcutive COl;npi], cloes hereby contract the District of the vVoodanilling Local Board of Health to include onlY snch land as is embraced in the Central Wanl of the' Woodanilling Road District.

vVITH a view to a complete revision of the Commission of the Peace for "Western Australia, the Honourable the Premier desires that the following requosts, unless already attendec1 to by those concemec1, should receive attention as promptly as possible:-

(a.) That all gentlemen who have ceased to resic1e in the respective }vIagisterial Districts for which they were appointed to the Commis· sion of the Peace should forward their reo signations to the Premier's Office, Perth.

(b.) 'l'hat all gentlemen who have been appointed to the Commission of the Peace, and who for any reason are unable to continne to per­form the duties appertaining to such office, should forward their resignations to the Premier's Office, Perth.

(e.) 'l'hat all gentlemen who have been appointed to the Commission of the Peace for the whole of the State or any particular Magis· terial DistriCt should furnish their present general and postal ac1dress to the Premier's Office, Perth.

These Buoys are in 24 feet of water at low tide, and are to be kept on the port side of vessels when pro· ceeding up the river. (Chart affected, l\' 'J. 3,090.)

J\'llDE PURSUAN'J: TO SECTION 17 OF THE LIMITED .

PARTNERsmps ACT, 1909.

1. "The Act" means the Limited Partnerships Act, 1909.

2. Whenever any act is by the Act, directed to be done to 01' by the Registrar such act shall be done to or by the Registrar of Companies or in his absence to or by such person as the At­torney General may for the time being authorise.

3. The fees to be paid to the Registrar under the Act shall be as follows:- , . , . . . .
