FRANCISCO DA COSTA, known as "Frank," a Brazil­ian, stout build, age about 22 years, height about 5ft. 4in., round visage, dark complexion, a seaman, speaks broken English, was employed on the s.s, "Rescue," at weekly wages; he received his pay on the 19th ul t, and has not been seen since.
