THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE SPECTACULAR MARRIOTT MARINA DEL REY IN BEAUTIFUL LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA ON APRIL 16-19, 2020.

WSP has sold out its exhibit halls for six straight years and has grown dramatically with dental professionals. Based on our most recent meetings, we can expect more than 350 attendees consisting of periodontists, general/restorative dentists, and dental hygienists. Don’t let the name fool you! Although WSP was founded by a small group of periodontists almost 70 years ago, our mission is to work collaboratively with our general dentist and hygienist colleagues As such, our selection of world-class speakers will educate, entertain and energize ALL attendees. And this year, we are excited to continue to offer hands-on classes in addition to our lecture presentations on digital dentistry. Our program speakers include: James Tom, Satish Kumar, Flavia Pirih, Audrey Boros, George Cho, Gian Pietro Schincaglia & Mathew Bryington, Anna Pattison, Leonardo Trombelli , Salah Huwais, Sai Jivraj, Maria Galvan, Bethany Valachi, Alon Frydman, Betsy Reynolds, Dan Grauer, Alireza Moshevarina, Sillas Duarte….and a host of other popular speakers. Furthermore, we will continue to offer focused dental hygiene presentations on Friday and Saturday by three different nationally known and recognized dental hygiene clinicians. This promises to be a dynamic and informative educational program worthy of your time and effort. Much thought was put into benefits for our corporate sponsors. Collaboration involves health care professionals and corporations that go out of their way to help organized dentistry. We en-courage our members throughout the year to support those who support us. Please note this year we will not be expanding our exhibit hall. We have very limited space and we are only have 44 exhibit spaces for 2020. So to assure you have an exhibit please sign up the earliest possible time. Each exhibitor will have the opportunity to interact throughout the weekend with attendees. Exhibits are arranged in the area where attendees have their meals and refreshments. “Basic sponsor” fee is $2,150. We also offer “Titanium Level” sponsorship for $2,950. This includes additional benefits with your ability to select your location. Titanium sponsors will be prominently recognized during the program. There are also additional sponsorship opportunities which can bring recognition to your company. These include breakfast, breaks, lunch, cocktail reception, a spousal event and a silent auction. The WSP is a purely educational organization and its main objective is to promote and facilitate the exchange of scientific infor-mation among all professionals involved in periodontal and implant care; the periodontist, restorative dentist, and dental hygienist. The organization recognizes the importance of and seeks partnerships with the corporate sector in order to enhance the delivery of continuing education programs. Table exhibit displays must be appropriate for a professional meeting. Registration acceptance for exhibits will be at the discretion of the Program Committee. Corporate Forums provide a platform for dental industry leaders to present speakers and topics of their choice WSP will allow two (2)Corporate Forums throughout the day each with a duration of 1 hour. The WSP will provide continuing education credits for the Corporate Forums.

Corporate Forums are only available to exhibitors at the 2020 Annual Session and will be chosen based upon a priority system which includes current sponsorship level, past exhibits and advertising with the WSP.

FORUM SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:Presentation TheaterStandard A/V Lavalier microphone. Sponsors who need any special set-up will be charged the cost of that equipment. Food & Beverage: The Lunch time one will be set up as a lunch and learn and the afternoon session will be offered appetizersWe will also provide: Coffee, Tea, Lemonade and Ice Tea for the entire session.
