Scholarships & Awards ProgramInternational President’s Entrance ScholarshipsAs part of the National Scholarship Program, three scholarships worth $50,000 each are available to exceptional international students. Virginia Harris International Admission Scholarships Awarded annually to two full-time international undergraduate students entering their first year in any program who have attained the highest admission averages and who are not already receiving an admission scholarship. The Office of the Registrar will select two recipients. Value: $5,500.
Dr. Amit Chakma International Scholarship Awarded annually to a full-time international undergraduate student entering first year of any program in any faculty, based on high academic achievement (minimum 90 per cent average). The Office of the Registrar will automatically offer the scholarship to the selected student based on their final admission average. Value: $2,500.

No additional application is required. Boost is a nine-week program in the summer, starting in early July. International Baccalaureate (IB)
Complete the full IB Diploma including:• Passes in a minimum of 6 subjects, of which 3 must be at the higher level• Grade total of 28 including points awarded for the Extended Essay and Theory of
Knowledge• No mark less than 4 on any individual course• May be considered for conditional admission on the basis of predicted grades in the
final year• Eligible for transfer credit consideration for most Higher Level subjects with a score of 5
or higherNote: the grade total quoted is the minimum required for admission consideration. Competitive admission based on predicted results is usually in the low to mid 30s and can vary depending on the program.
General Certificate of Secondary Education/General Certificate of Education (GCSE/GCE)
• 3 distinct A-Level (or 4 distinct AS-Level) traditional academic subjects with grades of A and/or B (General Paper is not acceptable)
• Students who receive a ‘B’ grade on final GCE Advanced level exams will receive transfer credit for those courses approved by the appropriate faculty
• Specific prerequisite courses are required for some faculties/programs at the Advanced or Advanced Subsidiary Level; however, some programs may consider IGCSE/GCSE/Ordinary Level with a grade of ‘B’ or above
