THE ROOT ZONEIS MEASURED AT 4.5' ABOVE GRADE FROM THE NEAR SIDE OF THE TRUNK TO THE DISTANCE THATEQUALS THE TREE DIAMETER x 1.5' OR TO THE DRIP LINE OF A STREET TREE, WHICHEVER ISGREATER.

17. TREE CARE TREATMENTS TO IMPROVE TREE VIGOR, OR TO RESPOND TO AN INSECT OR DISEASEINFESTATION MAY BE REQUIRED.
