    Situation AnalysisWezel Wallets is a recent startup company that manufactures wallets for men that also serve as easels for cell phones. It has found some initial success in marketing the wallets, and peo-ple seem to be pleased with the overall product. It has received some media attention already, mostly due to an entertaining kickstarter video that was posted on Youtube. But being a small company, few potential customers are aware of its product. Wezel has an opportunity to use a strategic social media campaign to reach those potential customers on a much larger scale, thereby winning their trust and brand loyalty.

    There are some potential difficulties that could impede Wezels success. Potential publics do not necessarily see the need for having a wallet that also serves as a cell phone easel. Another potential difficulty is the wide range of competitors, both minimalist wallet companies and cell phone case companies that have credit card holders.

    OpportunityIf Wezel implements a strong social media presence, then the quality of its relationship with its key publics will increase.

    GoalIn order to increase the relationship quality between Wezel and its key publics, Agency 351 will create a strong presence on social media, potentially resulting in increased online sales and awareness.

    Social StrategyOur focus will approach males, ages 18-39, through friendly and entertaining social platforms, creating an ongoing dialogue with persons interested in Wezel. As well as expanding Wezels presence on already existing social media platforms, we are going to create and establish a presence on new platforms that have not been used.

    Digital PR StrategyWe will deliver SEO expansion of the Wezel website as well as other possible PR tactics.
