WHAT DO RESTAURANTS HAVE TO DO WITH EATING ORGANIC?

Restaurants- Cost

Most restaurants purchase the worst quality foods possible so that they make a better profit

There for they will not use organic produce, or meats to cook with

That’s Ok

I’m sure that you have heard that things are fine in moderation and that is true

Eating out every not is probably not the smartest move

Say you are on vacation in Florida feel free to pig out and not worry about eating organic because you don’t need to, here is why.

Moderation

If you are eating a mainly organic diet with many fruits and vegetables then eating conventionally grown foods once in a while isn’t going to kill you.

Don’t Show Me The Label

Do Not ask to see what is in your food unless there is some health reason Knowing what is in the food that you are

eating can be kind of disturbing The restaurant most likely will not want to

tell you and chances are you do not want to know
