How do I know if I can be hypnotized or not? 

All people can be hypnotized if they are willing.

Will hypnosis work for (smoking, weight loss,

etc.)?

Yes!  Hypnosis works for many things!  Any time you want to

reprogram your sub-conscience mind to match the behavior of your choice you

must be vigilant and persistent as you continue to reinforce the suggestions you desire!

Is it okay to hypnotize children?

Children are already being hypnotized! 

A Hypnotis teach people to be aware of the suggestions that they are giving to children! 

This way they can create positive and successful images in their mind’s eyes, however, if they choose to resist positive

suggestions, hypnotists fail them.

is that normal?

Some people have learned to be apprehensive about things

Once you learn what hypnosis is about any nervousness will

Can anyone be hypnotized against their

will?

No!  If you set your will against it, you will be very tense (tight muscles) which is the opposite

of relaxed!

without you knowing it!

Will I know what’s going on while being hypnotized?

Most people are very aware of what is going on and, if it is

their first time to be formally hypnotized will not really believe they have been

hypnotized! 

It is very relaxing and very pleasant!  The proof shows up

Some people who are very trusting of the person who is hypnotizing them may not be aware of what is going on and may not remember what was

said, but this is very rare. 

How long is the hypnosis appointment? 

Your first session may be set for one and a half hours.  The second and third may be 45

minutes to an hour depending on you.

How many sessions will one need? 

Most people will be well on their way to successfully practicing their on self-

hypnosis after their third session,

however, a few may feel they need more sessions and I will

leave that decision up to them.
