What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

Photoshop

• When using Photoshop although I have used it before the versions are constantly updating and therefore I am having to adapt to the new Photoshop. Also I used tools I had never used in doing other projects such as the magnetic lasso and the magic wand. These worked really well when cutting out an image from the background.

Blogger

• When doing this project I had never used blogger before and therefore I had to experiment with the technology before using it. Even though I have only used blogger this year it still had new updates therefore I had to work the new version.

Cameras

• When doing my last tasks I hadn’t considered how important the camera and photography was. My pictures had been on the same setting and I didn’t realise the difference in modes and settings. When doing this task I had to look more into how this worked so my photos would be right. Even though I know this now my first set of photos were weak and the variety was minor. If I got to do this task again I would take a larger range of photos using several different models for my magazine.
