What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing the product?

Music

The icon on the right is from one of Apple’s most known music software program ‘Garageband’. Prior to the construction of mine and my groups product, I was already familiar with the features of this software application and therefore allowed me to gain some practice using my knowledge in a completely different way. I used ‘Garageband’ for the background music and to use default and sampled sounds and melodies.

Music

On the right is picture of the second Apple based software program I used to include

the audio features. This software application is called ‘Logic Express’. For this program, I edited the dubs to enhance our characters

voices.

Internet

The internet was personally the most important technology used in the process of constructing our product. This is where we done most of our research whether it was on the action genre itself to the location we were going to film the product in. This is where we came across things such as copyright infringement which meant that we were unable to use certain content unless we were granted to do so by the owners. This would have created problems for our choice on soundtrack and production company intro.

Equipment

The picture on the left shows myself contributing to the filming aspect of the construction of our product. This allowed me to familiarise myself with the media equipment and also experiment with the equipment, more specifically the camera, and input my own ideas into the filming of ‘Ethan Steal’.
