Energy Fund Limited (CEF) for the
provision of Carbon and Energy
Infrastructure Upgrade Services.
This framework is designed to deliver
infrastructure upgrades that guarantee
energy, carbon and cost savings.

The route to working with us and
utilising this framework is to contact us.
We will put you in touch with the CEF.
You then apply for membership of the
CEF , making all the support of the CEF
available for the entire procurement,
installation and savings monitoring
period of the contract. The five stage
