What is a Diamond ?

Diamond is a solid form of the element carbon with its atoms

arranged in a crystal structure called diamond cubic. It is formed

under a relatively high pressure and temperature which gives the

highest hardness and thermal conductivity of any natural material,

properties.

Similarly, today we “the carbon” are experiencing a significant amount of stress in our daily life and looking our ways to become the

“Diamond”.

That’s what we called ---- “The Diamond Mindset”

The goal of this book is to craft our old school, negative mindset into

a DIAMOND mindset that no one else can take away from you.

A diamond can be crafted because of it’s atom bonding, therefore this book will solely focus on training our subconscious mind. The higher

level of your subconscious mind, you have higher resistance to the

negative thoughts, you faster to learn, the faster you earn! Let’s Begin!

“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind

and nourish with repetition and emotion will

one day become a reality” — Earl Nightingale

Your subconscious mind has immense power in controlling your life experiences — from the types of food you eat to the actions you take each day, the level of income you earn, and even how you react to stressful situations.

Every bit of it is guided by your subconscious beliefs and interpretations.

In short, your subconscious mind is like the auto-pilot feature on an airplane. It has been pre-programmed to follow a specific route and you can’t deviate from that route unless you change the directions programmed into it first.

Page 4: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

What Is The Subconscious Mind?

The “subconscious” is the part of your mind that operates below your normal level of waking consciousness.

Right now you’re primarily using your conscious mind to read these words and absorb their meaning, but beneath that mental focus, your subconscious mind is busily working behind the scenes, absorbing or rejecting information based on an existing perception you have of the world around you.

This existing perception began forming when you were an infant.

Page 5: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

With every experience, your subconscious mind

soaks in information like a sponge.

It rejected nothing while you were young because you didn’t have any pre-existing beliefs to contradict what it perceived. It simply accepted that all of the information you received during your early childhood was true.

You can probably see why this becomes a problem later in life. Every time someone called you stupid, worthless, slow, lazy, or worse, your subconscious mind just stored the information away for reference.

You may also have received messages about your potential in life or limitations you’ll face based on your physical abilities, skin color, gender, or economic status.

By the time you were 7 or 8 years old, you already had a solid foundation of belief based on all that programming from people in your life, television shows you watched, and other environmental influences.

Page 6: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

How Does This ‘Old’ Programming Affect You Now?

Now that you’re an adult, you may think that you can simply discard the hurtful or untrue messages you absorbed during your early life,

but it’s not quite that simple.

Remember that all of this information is stored below your level of conscious awareness. The only time you become aware of it is when it limits your progress in creating a balanced, successful and productive life.

Page 7: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

Have you ever tried to achieve a goal and kept sabotaging yourself at every turn? Maddening, isn’t it? It’s important to know that you’re not defective or doomed to fail no matter what you do.

More likely you’ve got some old programmed messages that conflict with the new conditions you want to create.

This is excellent news because it means,

you can achieve just about anything if you first take the time to reprogram your subconscious

mind!

Page 8: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

The Programming Is Still Going On

Before we discover how to reprogram your subconscious, it’s important to know that,

the programming still continues to this day.

With every experience you have, you draw certain conclusions and store the messages that will guide your future actions.

For example, what kind of message do you think would be stored if you were rejected by someone you cared about?

Page 9: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

Your subconscious mind — that clever detective — would immediately go hunting through your memories and find other examples of rejection — like that time your best friend dumped you to hang out with the more popular kids — and draw a conclusion that you’re somehow unworthy or unlovable and deserve to be rejected.

Now, here’s the interesting thing,

if you have an experience that conflicts with an already established belief, your subconscious mind will either reject it or reframe it so it goes along with your existing view of reality.

Here’s an example,

let’s say you have an underlying belief that you’re unattractive, and an attractive person expresses an interest in getting to know you better.

Most likely the first thing you’re going to think is that it must be a joke or a cruel trick. You won’t believe that this person could find you attractive because you already believe that you’re unattractive.

Beneath the surface of your conscious awareness, your subconscious mind is screaming, “No way! This person is way too attractive to be interested in me, something isn’t right here…”

Then you’ll either reject that person before they can reject you, or otherwise do something to sabotage what could have been a great relationship.

The same thing happens when you struggle to achieve your goals. Eventually you start to believe that you aren’t capable of success,

Page 10: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

so you come to expect failure and end up doing just that over and over again.

You can probably imagine many other situations where your subconscious mind limits you, but reprogramming it is a simple matter if you know how.

How To Reprogram Your

Subconscious Mind

Page 11: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

There are many different ways to overwrite the limiting or damaging messages that are stored in your subconscious mind.

You could work simultaneously with all of these strategies, but it’ll be much more effective if you pick just one or two methods to start. You want to give them your full attention rather than skipping around and diluting your efforts.

Remember, you can always incorporate additional techniques over time.

Environmental Influences

Page 12: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

Have you ever considered the effect of your environment on your subconscious mind?

Remember that your subconscious mind is absorbing information constantly and drawing conclusions and forming beliefs based on that information.

If your daily environment is filled with negativity and strife, imagine what kinds of messages are being absorbed into your mind.

Your first action is to strictly limit the negativity

you’re exposed to from this moment on.

Avoid watching the news unless you absolutely must, and avoid spending too much time with ‘toxic’ people.

Instead, seek out positive information to read and watch, and spend most of your time with positive, successful people.

Over time you’ll find that more encouraging messages are being absorbed into your mind, which will alter the way you see yourself and your potential.

Visualization

Your subconscious mind responds well to pictures.

Visualization is a great way to program your mind with positive, empowering images.

Page 14: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

Try spending 10–15 minutes a day visualizing

positive scenes that feature you and your life

experiences.

Here are some things you may want to visualize:

• Fulfilling relationships

• Passionate work

• A beautiful home

• Exotic vacations

• Anything else you wish to draw into your life

As you do this consistently, you end up redrawing the negative pictures stored from your past experiences, fears, worries, and doubts.

To boost the power of visualization even further, be sure to emit strong, positive emotions while you picture these wonderful things in your mind.

Allow feelings of love, joy, gratitude, and peace

to flow through you as if you were truly having these experiences.

Page 15: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

Your subconscious mind will absorb the messages as if they’re real!

This is the true beauty of visualization — the power to bypass limiting messages and focus on pleasing images, all of which are being absorbed right into your subconscious to be replayed later.

Affirmations

Affirmations are another effective way to install positive messages into your subconscious.

They work best if you follow a few simple rules:

• Word them positively, in the present tense. Say “I am confident and successful” rather than “I will be confident and successful” because focusing on a future condition doesn’t compute with your subconscious mind — it knows only this moment. Also, use positive statements. Saying “I am not a failure” is computed as “I am a failure” since your subconscious can’t process negatives.

• Call up the corresponding feelings. Saying “I am wealthy” while feeling poor only sends conflicting messages to your subconscious. Whatever words you’re saying at the time, strive to feel the corresponding emotions because your subconscious will be more apt to believe it.

• Repeat, repeat, repeat. Affirmations don’t work if you say them just once or twice. Recite them many times throughout the day for the best results. The good thing about this is that you can say affirmations to yourself, so they can fit seamlessly into your routine.

Brain Entrainment Binaural Beats

Another popular method is the use of audio recordings that deliberately alter the frequency of your brainwaves.

It may sound like something out of a science fiction movie, but reports from people who’ve tried these audio programs are overwhelmingly positive.

Your brainwaves fall into a specific frequency depending on what you’re doing at any given time:

• Gamma when you’re engaged in certain motor functions

Page 19: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

• Beta when you’re fully conscious and actively concentrating

• Alpha when you’re relaxed

• Theta when you’re drowsy or lightly sleeping

• Delta when you’re in deep sleep

“Binaural beats” result when two tones are played at differing frequencies, triggering your brainwaves to follow a different pattern.

For example, if you wanted to shift from stressed to relaxed you would listen to an audio that triggers the alpha state.

These audio programs can help you reprogram your subconscious mind by,

creating a more receptive forum for installing

positive messages.

Research has shown that your subconscious mind is more receptive to new information when you’re very relaxed, such as in the alpha or theta states.

Using brain entrainment audio programs along with affirmations or visualization can be a powerful combination, because your subconscious mind lets down its defenses so it can easily absorb any message you wish to program in.

Simply relax and focus on positive images!

Page 20: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

Hypnosis

Hypnosis can be effective in much the same way as brain entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies.

Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state and delivers empowering, positive messages to your subconscious mind.

Self-hypnosis is another popular option — you simply use pre-recorded audio programs instead of a live hypnosis session. You can even record your own self-hypnosis CDs so you’ll hear your

Page 21: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

own voice reciting positive affirmations while you’re in a relaxed state.

How To Know If Your Reprogramming

Efforts Are Working

One of the most challenging aspects of reprogramming your subconscious mind is that you can’t peek inside and see what’s still there that might need to be changed.

Instead, you’ll have to develop a strong sense of self-awareness so you can catch self-sabotaging behavior before it gets out of hand.

Page 22: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

Even so, there are still some clear signs of progress that you may recognize:

• You begin feeling stronger, more confident and happier.

• You find yourself more willing to take risks and face challenges.

• Your dreams and goals don’t seem overwhelming anymore — just exciting.

• You feel a deeper sense of inner peace, as if inner conflicts are dissolving.

• You attract more opportunities to expand and grow in every area of your life.

Page 23: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

In short,

you’ll know when changes are taking place in your subconscious mind because you’ll notice a shift in both your inner and outer being.

The evidence is usually undeniable!

Consistent, Persistent Reinforcement

Page 24: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

It’s important to give this reprogramming process time to work.

Don’t expect to see immediate changes — occasionally that can happen, but more often it takes time.

Be very consistent and persistent with the methods you choose to install more positive messages into your subconscious mind.

As soon as these transformations become apparent, you’ll feel motivated to keep moving forward,

but until that happens,

stick with it and know that these changes are lifelong, powerful, and well worth waiting for!

13 Ways To Start Training Your Subconscious Mind To Get What You Want Your brain is built to reinforce and regulate your life.

Your subconscious mind has something called a homeostatic impulse, which regulates functions like body temperature, heartbeat and breathing. Brian Tracy explained it like this: "Through your autonomic nervous system, [your homeostatic impulse] maintains a balance among the hundreds of chemicals in your billions of cells so that your entire physical machine functions in complete harmony most of the time."

But what many people don't realize is that just as your brain is built to regulate your physical self, as does it try to regulate your mental self. Your mind is constantly filtering and bringing to your attention information and stimuli that affirms your preexisting beliefs (this is known in psychology as confirmation bias) as well as presenting you with repeated thoughts and impulses that mimic and mirror that which you've done in the past.

Your subconscious mind is the gatekeeper of your comfort zone.

It is also the realm in which you can either habituate yourself to expect, and routinely seek the actions that would build and reinforce, the greatest success, happiness, wholeness or healing of your life.

Here, a few ways to start retraining your mind to be your ally, not your enemy.

1. Be willing to see the unchangeable change.

The first step in creating massive change in your life is not actually believing that it's possible, it's being willing to see if it is possible.

You are not going to be able to jump from being a complete skeptic to a wholehearted believer. The step between those is just being open to seeing what could be possible. You could maybe try sending a few "scary emails," in which you proposition a client or partner for something that they do not have any reason to respond to. You might have a few dozen ignored messages, but eventually, someone will respond.

Page 26: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

The point is that you're willing to see if its possible... that's what will change your life.

2. Give yourself permission to be successful.

Instead of regurgitating the same old narrative of believing you'll be happy once you're 10 pounds, one promotion and two life events down-the-line, work on changing your inner monologue to: "I allow my life to be good."

Give yourself permission to be happy and successful, and not feel guilty about it. If you have a subconscious association between success being amoral, or corrupt, of course you're not going to do what you need to do to live the life you want to live. Instead, give yourself permission to step into a whole, happy, healthy, grounded and meaningful existence.

3. Don't allow other people's fears to cast shadows of doubt.

The way people respond to news of your success will tell you how they are really doing in their lives.

If you announce your engagement, people who are in happy marriages will be elated for you. People who are in unhappy marriages will warn you that it is difficult and that you should enjoy your remaining time as "single" individuals.

The point is that other people's fears are projections of their own situations. They have nothing to do with what you are or aren't capable of.

4. Surround yourself with positive reinforcement.

Keep a bottle of champagne in the fridge. Change your morning alarm on your phone to read the message: "CONGRATULATIONS!!!" Make sure that the items that you see and touch most often bring you positivity and hopefulness. Keep an inspirational note on a post-it next to your computer. Unfollow people who make you feel bad about yourself and follow those who are constantly posting motivational messages and interesting ideas. Make your newsfeed a place that can catalyze your growth, instead of lessening your perception of your worth.

5. Speak your success as a present fact, not a future plan.

Though you shouldn't say things like "I drive a convertible," or "I am a CEO," if they are not in fact true, do start speaking about what it is you want out of

Page 27: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

life not in the context that you will one day pursue it, but that you are already living it.

Instead of saying: "I hope to do that one day," say, "I am strategizing how to do that now." Instead of thinking: "I will be happy when I am in a different place in my life," think, "I am completely capable of being happy right here and right now, nothing is holding me back."

6. Create a vision space.

Being able to imagine what it is you want out of your life is absolutely essential for creating it, because if you don't know where you're going, you won't know which way to turn first.

Once you have a crystal clear image in your mind for what it is you want and how it is you want to live, you are then capable of beginning to enact and create it. If you are still hazy or torn between what you want, you will be rendered incapable of taking real, meaningful action toward anything.

Whether you use a Pinterest board, blog, notebook or board, put together words and images that represent what you want and how you want to live.

7. Identify your resistance.

When our subconscious minds hold us back from pursuing something that we love, it is because we are holding a conflicting belief about it.

To identify your resistance, question yourself. Ask yourself why you feel better when you procrastinate, or why getting what you really want could actually put you in a place that makes you feel more vulnerable than ever. Find a way to meet those needs before you proceed.

8. Have a master plan for your life.

Forget five or even 10 year plans; so much changes over time it's nearly impossible to set goals that you'll be able to keep. Most likely, new or even better opportunities will surface, and though your life won't look like you thought it would, you're better off for that.

Instead, have a master plan. Identify your core values and motivations. Ask yourself what is the ultimate goal of what you want to accomplish while you are alive; imagine the kind of legacy you want to leave. Once you have your Big

Page 28: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

Picture values identified, you can make decisions for the long-term that align with your true self.

9. Start a gratitude journal.

The best way to start putting yourself in a headspace of "having" rather than "wanting" is to begin a gratitude practice. By expressing thanks for all that you do have, you shift your mindset from being hungry for change to feeling satisfied with where you are at. Nothing magnetizes abundance to you like gratitude. There's a saying that once you believe you have enough, you are open to receiving more and more and more. That is undoubtedly true.

10. Start asking for what you want, even if you know you'll be denied.

If someone asks you to do a consulting project, ask for the amount of money you truly want to earn for it. If your goal is to get a promotion in your organization, sit down with your higher up and make your intentions known. Reach out to brands you want to work with. Start asking for what you want, even if you have no reason to believe that anyone will actually give you any of those things. Eventually, they will.

11. Release your attachment to the "how."

Your job is to identify the what, and then to work in tandem with other people for the how.

If your goal is to work remotely and run your own business, instead of giving up if your first attempt fails, try reimagining how else you could achieve your ultimate vision in a new way that is more financially lucrative.

The point is that life will always surprise you with how things come to fruition. Instead of being obsessively attached to every little detail working out the way you think it should, be open to potential and possibility, even if it's something you never imagined before.

12. Surround yourself with allies.

Start spending time with people who are ambitious, supportive and creative.

If you're hanging out every weekend with people who are likewise as unhappy with their lives, you aren't going to receive an abundance of support if you try

Page 29: What is a Diamond · entrainment programs, except without the use of brainwave-altering frequencies. Instead, the hypnotist gradually talks you into a more relaxed and receptive state

to break free and do your own thing. Remember that you will truly become who you spend the most time with, and choose who that is very carefully.

13. Fill your "dead air" time with affirmation and motivation.

When you're on your commute each morning, listen to a motivational speech or podcast. While you're doing the dishes or driving, tune into a talk show that relates to the type of business you're trying to do. Infuse your life with as much affirmation and motivation as possible. You may need to hear the lessons more than once, but they will seep into your brain over time, and eventually, you will find yourself acting on wisdom received from those who are where you want to be.
