What is a Stamp Rally?The Stamp Rally of JR East Japan is a project where participants collect stamps on the special pamphlet (Stamp Rally Booklet) by visiting major train stations around the JR East Japan Metropolitan area.Participants can receive prizes for the number of stamps collected.
