called” probate

process in order to

properly and legally

transfer the titles or

properties to the

respective

beneficiaries of the

deceased.

The probate process is a list of guidelines

created and established by the

State Probate Law on how the property or

assets are to be distributed to the

respective heirs of the person once he or she

dies without a will. This process includes the appointment of an

administrator, identification of the

beneficiaries and the distribution of the

properties or assets
