Definition of Primary Water

Primary Water is Earth generated water independent of the hydrological cycle.

This water is the source of all water on the Earth.

Page 3: What is Primary Water?

3

How is Primary Water generated ?

Primary Water is created deep within the Earth from the synthesis of hydrogen and oxygen. Under tremendous pressure from Earth's internal heat, H2O, in the form of vapor, is forced upward through rock fissures (weakest areas of Earth's crust) becoming liquid as it cools. Primary Water is forced upward, while atmospheric water is subject to the effects of gravity and flows downward.

The Water Cycles

Evidence

Throughout our planet there is plenty of evidence that water is generated beyond the commonly known hydrological cycle.

There are lakes in deserts where is hasn’t rained in 400 years like Atacama Desert, South America, or in other dry places like Huacachina Peru and Crescent Lake China.

Other examples of Primary Water include the Fly Geyser and Grand Prismatic Hot Spring in Nevada, numerous geysers in Iceland, Neves Spring in Herzegovina, Pamukkale Springs in Turkey and the Old Faithful Geyser in Yellowstone.

The Solution

Pal Pauer has drilled Primary Water wells all over the world

The SolutionFrom 1995 until today, Pal Pauer has supervised and is involved in Primary Water drilling projects in:

How to Locate a PW Well

1) Review topographical maps

2) Review terrain for height differences

3) Locate faults indicated

4) Arrange on site visit

Well Drilling, Lake Elsinore

Lake Elsinore well tested a consistent flow of 5,500 gallons per minute from a deep seated Primary Water source.

Page 15: What is Primary Water?

15

Drilling

What are the major drilling tasks and why is supervision so important?

Make site ready for drilling, site logistics

Choice of appropriate drilling equipment according to structure conditions

On site analysis of material and water recovered

Drought Solutions (Traditional)

Tunnels to transport water?

Page 17: What is Primary Water?

17

Drought Solutions (Primary Water)

What would be the most efficient way to solve the California drought?

1) Remove accumulated sediments and debris from dry reservoirs

2) Replenish reservoirs with Primary Water3) Attempt to locate well sites near existing distribution centers like the California State Water Project4) Drill Primary Water wells in cities and towns with

water shortages

HistoryPal Pauer’s Mentor: Dr. Stephan Riess

The term ‘Primary Water’ was coined by Dr. Stephan Riess, the geophysicist, who independently discovered its existence and pioneered its development, beginning in the 1930s until his death in 1985

Page 19: What is Primary Water?

History A book was written by Michael Salzman documentingStephan Riess’s research with a foreword by Aldous Huxley:

“Such was the extent of my knowledge when, some few yearssince, I first met Stephan Riess. After seeing a few of his wellsspouting water from the solid granite at the rate of two or three thousand gallons a minute, and after listening to what he had to say about faults and fissures, about primary water, about hydrogen and oxygen coming together at high temperatures and under vast pressures in the bowels of the earth and rising as H2 O towards the surface, wherever the crust was weak, I began to understand the mystery of Nefta and Jericho; and I began at the same time to feel a little more hopeful about humanity's prospects for survival and a good life on this under-watered and soon to be overpopulated planet.” Aldous Huxley (1960)
