Centre for Welfare Reform is a Citizen Think Tank. This means:
1. Equality - we believe every human being is equal and that our differences should be celebrated.
2. Community - we bring people together to make a better world for everyone.
3. Freedom - we try do what is right even when this makes us unpopular with the powerful

The Centre does 4 main things:
1. Research - we discover what’s going on
2. Thinking - we think about how things work
3. Advocacy - we speak out about what’s important
4. Action - we help people to act and change things

1. Campaigning against cuts targeting disabled people
2. Organising a new advocacy movement for people with intellectual disabilities
3. Helping people organise more personalised support
4. Challenging thinking about care services
5. Organising the international Citizen Network
