CAUSES

Some people suggest that OCD and tic disorders like Tourette’s are caused by post streptococcal autoimmune processes

Management (or treatment) Most cases don’t need medicine

instead, psycho behavioral therapy education and reassurance may be sufficient treatment

Treatment can be divided into those that target tics and co morbid conditions

No cure and no on medicine for all individuals
