• Systematic Approach to Safety & Health at Workplace• Encourage a cooperative relationship among

• 2007: 54 sites in CA & approx. 1800 sites in US

• ID opportunities for improvement• Follow up visit (90 – days)• Recommendation to Chief • Ceremony• Annual report & continuous improvement• Tri-annual evaluation
