Make sure they are BIG enough to read.
Make sure the color is not too light or matching the back color.

FontsJust because you think it looks “cool” doesn’t
mean everyone else does.
Make sure there is enough space between words so no one has trouble reading it.
Cursive writing is not always professional, its more annoying to read in Powerpoint.

Make sure your photos don’t take up too
much space and go together.

with moving objects.
Don’t make things disappear.
Make sure they have time to read the slide before the words go crazy.

Transitions If you must make them faster and not drawn
out.
