Mantel Door The newest addition to our steel “Premier Designs” offering is the Mantel door. This simple and classic design adds dimension and detail resembling that of a mantel to the chimney breast above the door, unlike any other fireplace door on the market today.

Moderne and Odyssey Roller DoorsNew functionality comes to the sleek and contemporary designs of the Moderne and Odyssey doors in 2017. Custom built to your fireplace dimensions, the glass doors open by gliding to the sides on a steel track — taking a design queue from the traditional style Hudson door introduced in 2016.

Glass Freestanding ScreenSimple. Clean. It’s hard to beat the view of a crackling fire when all you are looking through is crystal-clear tempered safety glass. Our new glass freestanding screen rests on two sturdy fabricated feet and features simple bar handles to move it easily when needed.

Essex Steel DoorNew to our steel door offering in 2017 is the Essex — available for both ZC and masonry applications. The Essex features a narrow frame, maximizing the viewing area of the fireplace. Installation of this door provides a clean edge for a precise, finished look.

High and Dry Log StackerIndoor or outdoor log storage made easy by Design Specialties! The vertical design of both the standard and junior models makes for sturdy and efficient use of space. Everything is provided to build your own log stacker with either 4x4s or 2x4s of local choosing. Assembles in just minutes.

New HandlesComplement your doors with our new Twist or Foundation pulls, or new, larger bar pulls in 8”, 10” and 12” lengths for better proportion on larger door applications.
