How can Yoga help you?Yoga has many health benefits including improving

physical, mental and emotional health. Not only does a yoga class give you the opportunity to build your physical

fitness, strength and flexibility, classes are a haven from the day-to-day chaos of life and the myriad of tasks that we have to

complete every day.

What is Vinyasa style yoga?Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterized by combining different

postures (so that you move from one to another seamlessly), using effective breathing. This is commonly referred to as Flow Yoga. Often equated with high-energy, there are many ways to approach Vinyasa from rapid to slow.

Vinyasa yoga can assist you with ✓ Improving flexibility ✓ Building muscle strength✓ Perfecting your posture ✓ Protecting your spine✓ Preventing joint decay ✓ Boosting immunity

What to expect?Vinyasa allows for a lot of variety, and no two classes are ever the same, but will almost always include sun salutations. Expect to move, sometimes energetically, from pose to pose.

Bookings can be made over the phone or in person at our friendly front desk reception.

We are always looking to expand our services and make them available to everyone! If there is a certain day or time that would suit you better please feel free to pop in to reception, phone or email us and let us know.

Meet your Instructor! Leaving Chicago to serve in The Peace Corps, I began my journey into the world of yoga on the steppes of Mongolia in 2010. After two years of service as a Primary Teacher trainer I decided to explore my new found interest in yoga by going to Rishikesh India to learn more about this life changing practice and immediately signed up for the teacher training. The asharam was at the perfect location in the Himalayan foothills beside the Ganges River.

I learned that yoga was about balance, strength and flexibility of the body and mind. I learned to be patient with my body and mind. I learned to push my body and mind. I learned that community was important on this journey and that being mindful, open to learning and sharing is essential.
