There’s a few other things to know
The family holiday is specifically provided for families
under stress; suffering from bereavement, illness,
disability or difficult circumstances. It enables them to
benefit from a holiday that would otherwise be out of
reach for them

Parents/carers are never separated from their
children for security reasons

Parents/carers are never separated from their
children for security reasons
So guest families share a family room, normally
with bunk beds. Cots will be provided on request

Children are the responsibility of parents/carers
except when ‘signed over’ to team members

Children are the responsibility of parents/carers
except when ‘signed over’ to team members
You can ‘sign over’ your children to the team-run
morning activity sessions or the child listening service
for 2 hours in the evenings

The team are all volunteers, not paid staff. They are there to help you and everyone else to enjoy their holiday. Problems, such as housekeeping issues should be referred to a Team Leader
