• You will be contacted to schedule your closing time and place

• Ask any last questions or review of the Closing Disclosure or CD

• We will come to your home to close

Your Loan Gets Cleared for Closing (1-3 days)

• You have time to relax, think, ask more questions

• After 3 business days your right to cancel expires and you are all done!

• Congratulations! Now enjoy those savings

You Closed now what? Rescission period (3 business days)
