DESCRIPTION
I prepared “What Vegans Eat” to dispel the onerous, judgy air that hangs over much of veganism in the public mind. I simply walked folks through typical meals since I began my vegan journey, initial reactions, evolved thinking, junk food, travel, special occasions, and more, always with humor to show that it's no big deal for me to make a big deal for animals and the planet. This was prepared for Pechakucha Night 7 in Roanoke, VA, a format that requires just 20 slides on screen for 20 seconds each. That's why I think of this as a fast-paced romp through vegan eating.TRANSCRIPT
