Reef View Hotel

The views of Catseye Bay from the Coral Sea View rooms in this hotel are amongst the best in the world. The 4 star Reef View Hotel offers modern and extremely spacious rooms, all with private balconies and Catseye Beach is just a short stroll away. The hotel has its own swimming pool, lounge, restaurant and business centre, with Reef View guests gaining complimentary access to the sports club.

Each room is superbly furnished with twin queen sized beds and lounge area

with large balcony. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, separate shower and

twin vanities. Maximum 4 guests.

Beach Club

The absolute beachfront Beach Club is a 2-storey boutique-style hotel offering views of the Coral Sea. Featuring contemporary rooms and exclusive facilities including restaurant, lounge and infinity-edge pool, the Beach Club offers sophisticated yet casual elegance and is designed exclusively for adults. Maximum 2 adults.

Holiday Homes

Hamilton Island’s range of privately owned self-catering Holiday Homes are ideal for those looking for complete privacy and independence in their holiday. Scattered throughout the island with a variety of styles including studio, split-level and two-storey properties, sleeping one to eight people in one to four bedroom configurations, there’s something to meet every need. All are home to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry as well as sharing landscaped gardens and swimming pools – and you have use of a four-seater golf buggy, so you are always within easy reach of all the island’s facilities.

BREAKFAST

There are three restaurant options that serve breakfast daily. The Pool Terrace Restaurant, located in the Reef View Hotel, offers a fantastic breakfast in a tropical garden atmosphere. Sails Restaurant overlooks Catseye Beach and has a lovely outdoor area next to the Dolphin Pool. The Koala Gallery offers a unique breakfast experience. Enjoy a full buffet breakfast with Australia’s most loved animal – The Koala. Not only do you dine metres away from these cuddly animals but you will also be given the chance to nurse one during a photo opportunity.

Hamilton Island is one of 74 tropical islands in the Coral Sea, between the Queensland Coast and The Great Barrier Reef. It is the largest inhabited island in the Whitsundays, positioned nearly half way between the coastline of Brisbane and Cairns. CLIMATE

GETTING HERE

Virgin Australia and Jetstar fly direct to Hamilton Island from Brisbane and Sydney. Jetstar also flies direct from Melbourne and Qantas-link flies directly from Cairns. Connections are available from other Capital Cities. We suggest you enquire about flight availability at your earliest convenience. For group fare information, contact your preferred travel agent or your airline direct. GETTING AROUND THE ISLAND

Upon arrival at the Great Barrier Reef airport, the group will be met on arrival and led to identify their luggage. Group then board waiting coaches for a short transfer to their accommodation for check in. Everything is within walking distance on the island however for group transfers, coaches are available for hire. A free shuttle service also runs from 7am-11pm everyday for all island guests. Private group transfers are at an extra cost. KIDS

The Clownfish Club is available for kids 0-14 years and is operated by qualified early childhood leaders. Access can be arranged at a small fee (subject to availability, no pre-bookings). Children’s menus are available in all restaurants at a small fee. Children 0-14 years stay for free if they use existing bedding. Rollaway beds are available at an additional charge of $44 per bed per night. CHECKIN – CHECKOUT

Check In time is after 2pm. Check out time is 10am. Early check ins may be requested however are not guaranteed. ENTERTAINMENT
