Solution: This system is designed to have on the screen all the values that determine the state of operation of motors, such as temperatures, pressures,

and local alarms.

digital and 120 analog

inputs, and has a response

time next to 2 seconds.

Problem: Hour counter of job hours with database of spare parts

Solution: The counter of working hours of the electrical parts used in the system gives the opportunity to define the hours of operation of a component in the system.

The application will calculate

the hours of operation, until

a message reaches the preset

trig. This program is linked

to a database of spare parts,

and works to assist the

operation of replacement.

Problem: Alarm Panel

Solution: This function collects the alarms of board. Each alarm can be enabled or not using the user password. If an alarm change his status on ‘Active’, the related

box flashes on screen, the

horn is activated and the alarm

light flashes. After this, an

‘Event’ is added in Event List.

If an operator clicks on

‘Acknowledge’ this event is

recognized by the application and added to Event List.

Problem: Legs Movement and Inclination of the boat

Solution: The system that we have provided has the

purpose of monitoring the values involved in the maneuver of anchorage of the platform, on the site, and its removal from the site of the apron. The system includes the installation of sensors for the

measurement of the values of the

height of legs, inclination of X-X

and X-Y plane, the air gap and

draft. In this system we measure

values in real time. Direct

measurements are the height of the

legs from the deck and the height of the hull from the sea level.

Problem: Electrical Monitoring for legs

Solution: The solution monitors the electrical part dedicated to the movement of the legs of the rig. The system shows the values of absorbed current of all

motors of each leg. With a

digital monitor can be checked

the power state of three-phase 

motors and the status of the

engine brakes. A special instru-

mentation detects the data of the

supply voltage, current absorption and the active power for each leg.

Problem: Level measurement of liquid in tank of undefined form

Solution: This application takes advantage of hi-tech radar sensors to detect the height of the liquid in the tank. The software is made specifically for computing the specific volume of each type of tank. After the calibration process

it’s possible to detect

volumetric liquid content.

This type of solution is suitable

for all types of containers.

Problem: Angular Monitoring of the Rig

Solution: This application allows monitoring of all tanks on board for the calculation of the weight distribution in them. The system allows to measure the angle depending on

the weight distributed in each tank.

All measured data are reported in

real-time by following the

movement of the rig.
