1 Email received When an application goes on risk the customer will receive an

3 Customers registering for the first time will need to confirm their details as captured in the application.

4 They’ll need to read and agree to the terms and conditions of our online services.

3 5 They’ll also need to select security questions and answers (so that we can help them to reset their password if they need to in the future).

6 They will then need to provide a user ID and a password to register for My Account, before clicking the register button.

7 When they first log into My Account, customers will have an action/message or messages, click on either the actions or messages link.

7 8 The customer will have a mailbox notification asking them to confirm their application details for each product selection per application.

They’ll need to click the confirm your details button to continue, so they can check the information captured in their application.

11 If the customer selects change my answers, they’ll be taken to the health and lifestyle questions again. They’ll need to read through the sections and amend the answer(s) which need to be

12 Once the customer finishes making the changes, they will need to go to the declaration section and select the accept button to complete the changes.

NOTE If the customer’s changes mean that we need to alter the policy, we’ll process this and let them know.

14 POLICY DOCUMENTS In My Account the customer can select a policy to view the product, payment details and to view their policy documents.

15 They can click on a document title to open it in a pdf format.

From this point onwards and throughout the life of the policy, the application information will be displayed in a Personal Details Document.

The customer can access this document at any point through My Account.
