What’s Working & Making it Work

ATRA’s Powertrain Expo 2007

Thursday October 11, 2007 marks the fi rst What’s Working and Making it Work seminars. These programs are based on the results gathered from shops all across the USA and Canada. From the What’s Working Study we’ve identifi ed trends and gathered statistics that show what successful shops are doing to thrive and grow in today’s transmission industry. If you think the days of the 80’s are over... you’re right. Those days are long gone but for many in this industry the good ole’ days are right now. Rodger Bland, Managing Editor of GEARS Magazine, will be presenting the information gathered from site visits to show you just what these shops are doing differently, and what makes them a success!

Once you fi nd out What’s Working, you’ll need to fi gure out how to apply that information. That’s where the “Making it Work” program comes in. Dennis Madden, ATRA’s CEO will guide you through a series of programs and workshops designed to tailor the information from the What’s Working study so it works for you. This is a FULL-DAY program with the morning session starting at 9:00am. After lunch we’ll resume discussions from 1:00pm until 4:00pm. Finally, we’ll end the evening with a forum and reception where you can gather your thoughts and get ready for the Friday and Saturday sessions — many of them designed specifi cally as a continuation from the Thursday program.
