In 2009, we decided that current workplace management would not suffice for

our customer’s future needs, as there were

• BYOD – but integrated with safety concerns from the 90s

• Faster and omnipresent return to service after (any) failure

• Better use of the ever more potent hardware

• More power to the end-user
