We know how challenging life can be these days. Life stressors, family pressures and other issues can increase levels of anxiety, stress and depression. During these tough times, please know that you don’t have to go through it alone. We are here to help you.

AMITA Health Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health in Arlington Heights offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to provide help in a community-based setting. These comprehensive, short-term (1-4 week) programs provide support for adults and older adults experiencing an increase in anxiety or depression symptoms. We offer medical evaluation, therapeutic groups and individual and family meetings. Groups are offered daily from 9:15 am – 3 pm.
