Process for Apply Online VPN

� Go to https://vpn.nic.in/

� Click on Apply Online � When you click on Apply online you automatically go to the

https://eforms.nic.in/

� Click on Login Tab

� Enter your Govt. Mail id and click on continue

� Enter your password

� You got the otp on your mobile. � Enter OTP and continue

� Update your profile

� Update your profile and continue

� Update your Organization information and submit.

� Now on Dashboard click on VPN Services

� e-form of VPN Detail form is open

Fill the Mandatory field like-

Type of User * New Request

IP Address Single IP

Enter IP address * 164.100.128.138

Application URL https://delgov.eoffice.gov.in

Destination Port * 443

Server Location* NIC Delhi

� After filling the detail click on preview and submit

� Click on I agree and Submit

� Click on Process online and click on final submit

� Your Form has been submitted.

� Now open your reporting officer/ Nodal officer e-form and approved and send to NIC.
