Doctor of Nursing PracticeFall marked the beginning of our first Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Cohort.

Nurse Practice Act Thinking Out Loud: Food as Medicine II Ricki Loar, ResU Professor and President of the Illinois Society for

Advanced Practice Nursing (ISAPN) spoke during the signing of The Nurse Practice Act by Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner. The new law will allow Advanced Practice Nurses (APRNs) in Illinois to qualify for full practice authority.

Just like our first Thinking Out Loud: Food as Medicine event, Food as Medicine II drew a capacity crowd.

Bachelor of Science in Imaging TechnologyAll students in our first Bachelor of Science in Imaging Technology (BSIT) cohort passed the national licensing exam in June.

Presidential Inauguration The inauguration of Dr. Therese A. Scanlan was held in February marking a new beginning for ResU.

Higher Learning CommissionResurrection University once again earns accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).

vSim Pilot Project The vSim pilot project, an online simulation program for Obstetrics (OB) classes, was implemented thanks to a generous donation from the Fogelson Family Foundation. The results were so successful, the Fogelson Family Foundation has agreed to fund a second project.
